Each product listing includes the size printed inside the shoe or on the box. We list sizes in EU/UK standards and provide a size guide on our product pages. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order and we will help you find the right fit.
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery if the shoes are unworn and in the same condition as received. Since our inventory consists of thrifted items, we have a limited stock of each size, but we will do our best to offer an exchange or store credit. Yes, we deliver nationwide across Pakistan including Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Faisalabad, and all major cities. Delivery to remote areas may take a little longer, but we make sure your order reaches you safely and on time through our trusted courier partners.
